
Carnitas / Mexican Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Instructions
Rinse and dry pork. Rub all over with salt and pepper.
Combine rub ingredients (oregano, cumin, olive oil) and rub all over pork.
Place pork in slow cooker, top with onion, jalapeño, minced garlic and orange juice.
Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 7 hours.

Pork should be tender enough to shred. Remove from slow cooker and let cool slightly then shred using 2 forks.
