Creamy Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing
  • jalapeño peppers from a jar, finely diced

Instructions

  1. Pound out chicken breasts so they are thinner.
  2. Arrange chicken in a 10x9 pan.
  3. Spoon soup and wine over chicken, top with jalapeño and cheese slices.
  4. Spread cooked stuffing over top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
