Instructions

Scramble eggs. Heat a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with butter. When butter stops foaming, add eggs with salt and pepper.

Stir until just barely half cooked (1–2 min). Take off heat.

Heat a small non-stick pan over low heat. Add cheese slice and heat until starting to melt.

Turn heat to medium, add eggs to small pan on top of cheese and mix until done, about 30–60 seconds.
