
Kathy's Italian Meatballs
Tender, flavorful baked meatballs with Romano cheese and herbs — perfect for pasta or on their own.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Stir together all ingredients except ground meat in large mixing bowl.
Add ground chuck and mix thoroughly.
Using portioning scoop, shape into balls about 2 inches in diameter.
Coat baking sheet with nonstick spray. Space meatballs so they are not touching. Cover bottom of pan with beef broth.
Bake for 25 minutes or until meatballs are just cooked through.
