Muddy Buddies

Ingredients

• 8 cups Rice Chex cereal
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• 4 tbsp salted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup M&M's

Instructions

1. Measure cereal into large bowl. Divide powdered sugar between two ziplock bags, adding 1 cup to each.
2. In a saucepan, add chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until melted and smooth. Don't overheat.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
4. Pour over cereal and stir to coat evenly. Allow to cool a few minutes.
5. Divide coated cereal between the two ziplock bags. Seal and shake until coated.
6. Wait until fully cooled, then add M&M's if desired.
