Nutter Butter Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 package nutter butter cookies
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2-3 cups chocolate disks for melting
  • peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Crush nutter butters in food processor. Add cream cheese chunks and pulse until combined into a dough.
  2. Roll into small balls about 1 inch. Freeze for 10 minutes on a cookie sheet.
  3. Melt chocolate discs in microwave in short intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  4. Dip nutter butter balls into chocolate, letting excess drip off. Set on waxed paper.
  5. Microwave a small amount of peanut butter and drizzle over truffles.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated.
