Orange-Dijon Pan Sauce with Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Measure liquids into cup. Pour contents into hot skillet. Boil until reduced by half.
  2. Tilt skillet to one side and whisk in butter until sauce is smooth and glossy.
  3. Take off heat and spoon over pork tenderloin cutlets.
