  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 handful spinach or kale
  • 1 tbsp chia or flaxseeds

Instructions
