Pork Chops and Rice

Ingredients

  • 2-4 pork chops
  • 1.5 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1.75 cups rice
  • 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Fry pork chops in vegetable oil to brown on both sides. Remove from frying pan and place in Dutch oven.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup and water to drippings in frying pan on the stove. Mix together and add rice.
  4. Once all rice is mixed in, let mixture warm up and just start to bubble.
  5. Pour rice mixture over pork chops. Cover with lid and bake for about 30 minutes.
  6. Take lid off and bake for about 10 more minutes.
