Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 cans sweet potatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • nuts

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat potatoes, butter, and spices with mixer until blended.
  3. Spoon into 1.5 qt casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with marshmallows.
  4. Bake 15–20 minutes or until potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.
