Instructions
Brown the ground turkey and drain. Remove meat from pot.

With a little oil, add onions, cumin, chili powder, paprika, mustard powder, and salt. Cook 4–5 minutes until onions are translucent.

Add bell peppers, tomatoes, and broth. Return meat to the pot.
Turn heat to high. When chili reaches a boil, reduce heat to low. Add beans and simmer uncovered for one hour.
