
Maple Glazed Carrots

Instructions
In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter and add carrots, thyme, and salt. Cover and steam carrots for 3–5 minutes.

Remove the lid and add maple syrup and chicken stock (just enough so carrots are half submerged). Bring to simmer and cover for another 5 minutes.

Uncover and let simmer, reducing liquid until completely dry and syrupy, around 10–15 minutes.
15 min
Remove thyme sprigs and serve.
