
Sausage Brunch Casserole
A make-ahead breakfast casserole with sausage, crescent roll crust, cheese, and egg custard filling.

Instructions
Crumble sausage into skillet. Cook over medium heat until brown and in small pieces, drain well on paper towels, pressing to remove excess grease.

Line bottom of a buttered glass 9x13 pan with crescent rolls, pushing up the sides firmly and pressing together the perforations to seal.
Add sausage to pan and top with a layer of cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Beat well, pour over cheese.
Bake at 325°F for 25–30 minutes or until mixture sets. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
