
Slow Cooker Maple Mustard Pulled Pork
Fork-tender pork shoulder slow cooked and finished with a tangy maple-dijon sauce.

Instructions
Stir together oregano, ground mustard, salt and pepper.
Trim excess fat from pork if needed. Rub spice mixture generously over entire pork.
Place in slow cooker and add onion and garlic around it.
For the sauce, stir together maple syrup, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour half the sauce over the pork.
Secure lid and cook on low 8–10 hours or high 5–6 hours, until fall-apart tender.

Remove and shred. Use remaining sauce as desired.
