
Apple Glazed Pork Chops
Tender pork chops baked with sliced apples, raisins, and a sweet apple juice glaze.

Instructions
Combine 1/4 cup flour, salt, mustard, and pepper. Coat chops in flour mixture, brown in butter, remove chops.
Stir 2 tbsp flour and brown sugar into drippings to make a thick paste. Gradually stir in apple juice.
Cook and stir until blended and mixture becomes thick (bring to a boil).

Pour sauce into large measuring cup and set aside. Place chops back into pot, cover with sliced apples and raisins.
Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes.
