Instructions

In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together with a fork.

Add in liquids, onion, and cilantro.

Add the flap steak, and massage with your hands so the marinade coats all sides of the meat.

Transfer to an air tight container and place in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
