Instructions
Sift dry ingredients, set aside.
Cream butter. Add sugars gradually and beat until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
Scoop onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 8–10 minutes. Don't over bake — take out while still slightly doughy.
